Host Partners are the heart of our internship program. By opening your doors, you are helping shape the next generation of aquaculture professionals while strengthening your own organization and the broader seafood community.
We partner with farms, labs, hatcheries, nonprofits, and businesses that are committed to mentorship, learning, and building a strong and resilient aquaculture industry.

As a Host Partner, you agree to provide a supportive, hands-on learning environment for an intern during the program term. Host sites offer real-world experience, professional guidance, and a glimpse into daily operations within aquaculture and related fields. host partners:

To ensure a positive experience for both interns and hosts, we ask that Host Partners meet the following requirements:
Ability to provide a safe and respectful work environment
Capacity to offer meaningful work for the duration of the internship
Designated supervisor or mentor for the intern
Willingness to participate in onboarding and periodic check-ins
Commitment to clear communication and feedback
