To ensure a positive experience for both interns and hosts, we ask that Host Partners meet the following requirements:

  • Ability to provide a safe and respectful work environment

  • Capacity to offer meaningful work for the duration of the internship

  • Designated supervisor or mentor for the intern

  • Willingness to participate in onboarding and periodic check-ins

  • Commitment to clear communication and feedback

  • showcase their partnership with MIA and highlight the intern’s contributions through engaging visual and social media content, such as photos and videos of the intern participating in farm activities.
