Minorities In Aquaculture

Internship Program

Our flagship program is our tailored aquaculture internships, launched in 2022 to create meaningful career development opportunities for individuals in the blue economy. Designed to align with each participant's interests, these internships offer a hands-on, immersive experience across various sites, exposing interns to the innovative practices shaping the industry.

By rotating through multiple roles and environments, interns gain comprehensive knowledge, build valuable skills, and develop a clearer path for their unique career aspirations. Our program empowers individuals to thrive in aquaculture while fostering a dynamic future for the field.
