OUR flagship program is our tailored summer internships, launched in 2022 to create meaningful career development opportunities for individuals in aquaculture & maritime. Designed to align with each participant's interests, these internships offer a hands-on, immersive experience across various sites, exposing interns to the innovative practices shaping the industry.
By rotating through multiple roles and environments, interns gain comprehensive knowledge, build valuable skills, and develop a clearer path for their unique career aspirations. Our program empowers individuals to thrive in aquaculture while fostering A dynamic future for the field.
